Meeting notes Dec. 15, 2009
Wow a lot got brought up, but we are getting some tasks in order.
It seems as though we are gathering interest abroad, this is good. Maria posted a questionnaire on the web site. I added a few fields to cover some other Sub projects we need addressed. Please go check it out. (We need to Bold the click here a little better and I would like to see it on the right hand column – Miranda!?)
We are organizing the event for people to come see what we are about. This will not be meeting style. We will have pictures and info and hand outs and FOOD. It will be a happy hour event in SF. We are working on securing venue, I believe this is in process (Jaden?!) Tentative date is January 7, 2010 6-9pm ish. Please plan on attending and telling everybody you know, especially the ones that might be interested in the project.
Danielle – I know you are busy. We would like to have stickers asap. If you cannot help I will try on my own, but it’s a good tool for getting people interested. And good swag.
EVERYBODY – please gather images that inspire you for this project. We obviously don’t have any pictures of this project from last year, But maybe some Tag work that you love, an installation you admire, a person you would like to portray, etc. E-mail them to us or post them to the files section.
Jaden is getting volunteer job descriptions organized and we will be posting them to the website shortly.
Next 3 meetings Dec, 22, 29 Jan 5. Jan 5 will be a bigger meeting just before the event to get us all on the same train of thought about what we want to be telling people at the soiree.
